Essay: When you choose to be assertive, you won't always get everything you want. With that in mind, why should you still choose to communicate assertively? Provide two reasons.
Student Answer: You should choose to communicate assertively because you wont get what you want with being aggressive, that will just escalate the situation, and you certainly wont get anything you want with being passive, you'll just give them what they want. You'll most likely get a better outcome with assertiveness. |
